We don’t contract out and can offer you an extremely competitive
price. We have been operating a property inspection in the North West and North Wales for four years
and have now expanded our service to include EPC’s for ‘on construction’ (new
build) and for non-domestic commercial buildings (from August 2008) including
public and social housing sectors. We can also provide our inspection service to the rental sector with
combined annual safety inspections together with an EPC ready for the
legislation in October. We have increased our area of coverage to include
Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool and indeed the whole country for bulk work.

It made sense therefore to develop the service, to provide not only the gas and
electrical safety certification, but also to provide a full portfolio of
inspection services in readiness for the introduction of Home Information packs
in June 2007. |

The company operates as a licensed Home Inspector as well as being CORGI, NAPIT
and Trustmark registered.. |
Complete Inspection was launched in April 2004. The aim was to provide a
service, which would coincide with the launch of the Home Information Pack in
June 2007, now delayed until August 1st.
The company has it's roots in the
property development market and was frustrated by the demands of conveyances asking for various certificates for safety, such as gas and electrical
installations.
Indeed many lenders and insurers now ask for certification as a
standard requirement. |
